Beginning in July 2007, 5 Magazine introduced the 5 Magazine Digital Edition, where our friends outside of our distribution area can read each issue at the beginning of each month in PDF format. The Digital Edition is a great way for those who live outside of Chicago or don't want to wait on the mail for our paper edition to arrive.
Starting in February 2008, we're augmenting the Members Area of our website, with exclusive stories and features for subscribers to 5 Magazine's Digital Edition. All of this is available for only $1.50 per month (US), or less than 5 cents a day!

Of course, nothing beats paper. 5 Magazine is distributed at clubs, shops and events for free in the Chicagoland area. Due to popular demand, however, we've arranged a way for out-of-town or on-the-go Househeads, industry, and others to make sure they get their copy each and every month by mail. 5 is the only monthly publication in North America dedicated to House Music and the club culture and lifestyle. We are on the cutting edge of the underground, profiling new trends, new music, new fashion, new places to see and be seen in Chicago's legendary house music scene and nightlife.
Subscriptions to 5 magazine cost only $3 per issue for 12 months, or $36 total. This covers our basic shipping and printing costs. For orders outside the United States, a 12 issue subscription is available for $40. (Note that we have recently had to raise our subscription rates for the first time ever to cover increasing postage and fuel costs. To avoid this, check out the 5 Magazine Digital Edition.)
