Shortly after Nate Manic took over as music director at SmartBar, we heard the idea behind Dollar Disco and wrote that it seemed to be a "winning formula". On paper, you've got Michael Serafini, owner of Gramaphone Records and resident at Boom Boom Room, plus Kid Color and Adulture, and a mix of guests from underground heroes like Leonard Part Sixx (who guests later this month) to a Techno leader like Mike Dearborn spinning a Salsoul set.
