+ Glenn Underground: "Escuchamé"
:: Strictly Jaz Unit Music
And now we go from opera house to just the stripped-down basic beats in the hands of a master. After the lush and complex arrangements that characterized his recent artist album on Unified Records, Glenn bounces back with incredible dexterity to the roots, with a basic but infectuous beat and a simple but unrelenting vocal riff. This is just a thing of beauty in its own right, and something that the jackers and new school kids can pick up just as easily.
