:: Deeply Rooted
I have heard many people in the press say that Kerri's new music is sounding like a reproduction of his hits from the '90s. Let me tell you in this set of tracks, Kerri breaks more new ground than ever before. Energetic tracks are "in" now more than ever and Kerri serves it up nicely.
All the music here is good but for me the stand-out tracks are "The Invaders (The Panic)" and "Vector Graphics". The energy in these two will move the dance floor without a doubt. These are most reminiscent to me of Chicago tracks on labels such as Dancemania and Relief. They have a slight techno edge to them as well.
Kerri is a master at building things up and he does this nicely. If you like those traxs that send the floor in a frenzy this new package from house music veteran Kerri Chandler is a must have.
