+ Raul Moros: Back 2 Basics/Way Back When
:: Soulfuric Trax
The original mix of this is a great track of the sort that Soulfuric Trax consistently puts out. Take Chicago jack and add a hint of a latin swing and you've got a winner. The rhythm has a crazy 1990s DanceMania vibe to it - think Robert Armani's "Circus Bells" - with a fat keyboard riff. As a bonus track, you get a "Synth tool" of that same riff with a few FX meant for mixing.

"Way Back When" has a little slicker sound with a bit more complex arrangements - it goes through three or four tempo shifts, which is a lot for a 4:00 minute track. The D-Reflection Dub mix kicks it up a few notches for a great peak hour instrumental.
