Scott Wozniak :: "Breathe"
Review by Sean Smith | Published January 2007 | Review Archives
New York City's Scott Wosniak delivers a funky deep tech house stormer for Chicago's Large Music. The vibe here is energy with quality tech house touches. The spoken word is from NR3 in similar style as the song he did called "Punch Up" for the Simple Soul label.
What I like most about this production is Scott's use of varied synth sounds that he mixes together but which never distracts the groove. This is done tastefully and moves the groove along nicely. This is really a big room song and it should work nicely on tech house dance floors as well as deep House ones.
For those who may not be familiar with Scott Wosniak, he has been producing for years and has been on labels such as Distant, Unrestricted, Restricted, Fluential, Simple Soul as well as Large. He has really been on the move for 2006 and is destined to be on the forefront of the house scene. This is quality house music from Large Records and one that you do not want to miss.
