February 2008 Party People Montage

Czarina suggested we use one of the bits of artwork picked up during the months preceding the February tribute to Armando Gallop for the February 2008 Party People page, rather than the photo she had originally selected. The scan of a flyer provided by reader Raul Lopez of Joliet (thanks!) was distressed in Photoshop (all of the tape residue, the center fold and grime was added).
