To subscribe to 5 Magazine's Digital Edition, follow the two easy steps below:
STEP ONE: SUBSCRIBE USING PAYPAL OR BY MAIL

| SIX MONTHS: By subscribing using PayPal, you will be charged a one-time fee of $9.00 for 6 months access to the 5 Magazine Digital Edition and our Members Area. Click the button to the right to order! |
Payment can also be sent by check or money order payable to Fivestar Boogie Productions to 100 E. Walton Ste. 30E, Chicago, IL 60611.
STEP TWO: PICK A USERNAME AND PASSWORD
After payment is sent, create an account on our Sign-Up page by entering your name and chosing a username and password. This will be your login information for accessing the Members Area and the 5 Magazine Digital Edition.
That's it! Your account will be approved by an administrator (the same day if subscribing using PayPal) and you'll be notified by email when you're ready to go. You can access the members area at 5chicago.com/members. If you ever lose or misplace your password, you can retrieve it using this form. Any problems, contact terry@5chicago.com.
If you have a current subscription to the paper edition of 5 Magazine, you can switch over to the Digital Edition with your account pro-rated to the cheaper Digital Edition rate. Contact terry@5chicago.com and we'll set you up.
