From Detroit, powerhouse singer and songwriter Diviniti has made quite a splash in a few years on the House circuit. She first came to my attention with two tracks from Pirahnahead ("Poem 4 A Lost One" and "Love") and several on Minx's Women on Wax label, including "Live For The Night" and "Love Will Stay". In 2006, Diviniti participated in Shuya Okino of Kyoto Jazz Massive's "United Legends" project, with the song "Shine". More recently, Divinit has teamed up with European producers including Andy Compton of The Rurals and South Crew on the Italian Vialocal label.
