DJ Funk is one of the founding fathers of Ghetto House, spearheading Dance Mania's meteoric rise in the late 1990s with a collection of must-have EPs, his releases on IHR, Underground Construction and his own Funk Records, and of course the nationally distributed Booty House Anthems released in 1999.
