Maurice Joshua has been been one of Chicago House Music's most prominent producers and remixers since his pupil-dilating classic anthem, "This is Acid" dropped in 1988. Hot Hands Hula's vocals on the track - "Once you hear it, there will be no going back" - foreshadowed the launch of Maurice's no holds barred career. Among many other accolades, he won the Grammy Award in 2004 for his remix of Beyonce's "Crazy In Love".

In this video, Maurice talks about traveling around the world on the back of "This is Acid", the meaning of winning a Grammy and the cassette tape he still has of Ten City's "Devotion".
